Happy Hippos after School Club and Hungry Hippos Breakfast Club are held at Richard Whittington School, Thornbera Gardens, Thorley Park. We are also linked with Thorley Hill School and provide their breakfast and after school club services as well.

At Happy Hippos we provide a well-equipped, safe and fun environment, within which your child can participate in a wide range of activities. Our enthusiastic, fun and caring approach to the needs of your child will ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. All staff are experienced and hold enhanced DBS security checks. We cater for children aged between 4 to 11 years old. All children in Reception are allocated a key person who will help the child to settle at the club and be a point of contact for the parent.

Combining our breakfast and after school care offers “wrap around” care which is consistent and puts your child’s welfare first. Children meet a familiar staff team in the morning and afternoon. This minimizes disruption to their routine allowing them a familiar, friendly start to their day and a relaxed end to their afternoon.

The club is OFSTED registered and Funzone were awarded a 'Good' overall with an 'Outstanding' in children's welfare. 

As part of the FunZone group of Out of School Clubs, we also provide a full time Holiday Club at our nearby site and clubs for Manor Fields and Hillmead Schools.

Breakfast Club: Hungry Hippos: 8.00 am - 8.50 am

After School Club: Happy Hippos: 3.15pm - 6.00pm
